Patients seeking controlled medications will be referred to an appropriate provider.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and missed appointments may result in a $50 fee
Insurance does not cover missed appointment fees
Repeated missed appointments may affect future scheduling
