Yes, we accept insurance. MHMATTERS365 is currently in-network with Aetna and Cigna, and we are actively expanding to include additional plans. We also offer self-pay options for those without insurance or who prefer private pay services. Please note: Insurance coverage varies by plan. Patients are responsible for verifying their mental health benefits, including copays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs. If you have questions about your coverage, our team is happy to assist you.

We offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, ADHD assessments, care coordination, and family/caregiver guidance. Our focus is on psychiatric services—we do not provide therapy, but we can coordinate with your therapist as part of your care team.

Telehealth appointments are conducted via our secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You'll receive a link before your appointment. All you need is a device with a camera, a private space, and a stable internet connection. Telehealth visits are as comprehensive as in-person appointments.

Initial psychiatric evaluations are comprehensive and typically last 60-90 minutes. Follow-up appointments vary based on your membership plan and needs, but we never rush—every visit includes time to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and adjust your treatment plan as needed.
